Vendor registration is now open for our 12th Annual Pet Rock in the Park festival! This free event takes place at Deering Oaks Park in Portland on Sunday, August 27th, 2023, from 11am – 4pm. More than 3,000 pets and their owners attended last year’s Pet Rock in the Park, and we expect even larger crowds in 2023.
Pet Rock features live music and food trucks plus a diverse array of major sponsors and vendors including pet products, pet daycares and kennels, demonstrations, animal rescues and shelters with pets seeking their forever homes! Vendor space is limited, so reserve your spot now for Maine’s largest outdoor event for pets and their owners.

Registration fee for vendors is $260 with commercial enterprises limited to small businesses subject to approval by the organizer. What you’ll get: 10 x 10 space at the event to display your product/service. Please note that you will have no access to power, and the vendor is responsible for providing tables or tents.

Event scheduled for 8/27/23, rain or shine. If event is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, the vendor will receive 10 commercials on WYNZ, WCLZ or WMGX to be used by 9/30/23. No refunds issued. Vendor space provided will not include any display items. Each vendor is responsible for their own pop-up tents, tables, chairs, displays, power if needed, etc. If engaging in commerce, vendor will be emailed a Street Goods Permit for the city of Portland to be filled out. Vendor will be responsible for submitting and paying Street Goods Permit with the city of Portland, if needed. Failure to due so will result in inability to sell at Pet Rock 2023.
