Portland Radio Group is Southern Maine’s leading operator of broadcast radio stations. We’re presently seeking a new team member as our business office gears up for the post-Covid recovery. The ideal candidate should be dependable, have strong problem solving and organizational skills and thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices. If selected, you’ll work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with multiple deadlines. Multi-tasking skills are a must.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting in the scheduling and production of daily station program logs,
- Commercial order entry and related duties as required,
- Processing and entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Applicants must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and accurately perform tasks in a high-energy workplace. Strong computer skills are a must.
